Chief O. A. Nnaji is the founding Principal Partner and Chief Consultant of NNAJI O.A & COMPANY. A distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS since 1987) and Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV since 1978). He previously served as Branch Manager at Knight Frank & Rutley (Kaduna & Kano), Head of Estate Division at N.N.D.C. (Properties), Past Chairman of NIESV Kaduna State Branch (1984-1989), and Member of the NIESV National Governing Council.

ESV Ikechukwu Nnamdi Nnaji is the Managing and Senior Partner overseeing the Abuja Regional Office and corporate advisory. Elected Associate of NIESV in 2006 and registered with ESVRBON, he has led valuation mandates for Federal Government Landed Properties at Abuja & Lagos for the Commission of Inquiry, Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), NDPHC, NNPC, and the Federal Ministry of Power, Works & Housing.

Alh. Muhammad Yahaya Pai is an Associate Partner with extensive valuation and land acquisition experience across Northern and Central Nigeria. He served as Branch Secretary of NIESV Kaduna State Branch and has coordinated valuation of major industrial plants, hotels, steel manufacturing facilities, and oil rigs.

ESV Sabe Terungwa is an accomplished Senior Surveyor leading major industrial, corporate valuation, and facility management assignments across the FCT and North-Central.

Nwachukwu Festus Azubuike has managed flagship commercial property portfolios and handled complex valuation assignments across Kaduna, Imo, Lagos, and Rivers States.

Ikenna Onwumere leads the Abia State Branch operations. Prior to his current post, he held relationship and mortgage credit advisory roles at Fidelity Bank Plc and ASO Savings & Loans Plc.

Mrs. Chidi Nnaji coordinates real estate investment advisory, diaspora asset valuation inquiries, and cross-border investor services based in Detroit, Michigan.
